Were things "working" before and now suddenly your labs are off? Or maybe you (all of a sudden) suffer from hormonal and/or digestion issues, wake up during the night, your stress levels and weight are both higher and your energy is lower?

  • You are overwhelmed with all of the health information out there and just don't know where to begin.
  • You are tired of quick fixes and need a partner to figure out what works for YOU and is also sustainable.
  • You need some guided accountability in following your doctor's health recommendations or with your own self-directed wellness goal.
  • You are looking for healthy meal ideas that you and your family will actually want to eat and some healthier (and realistic!) swaps.
  • You are super busy and just want someone to simplify it all for you.
  • And lastly, you have a tendency to put everyone else first and leave little time for yourself. 

What is a Health Coach?

  • My role as a health coach is to partner with you, my client, to achieve your personal health and wellness goals, whether independently or in partnership with your healthcare provider, and serve as a source of motivation and accountability to assist on that journey.  I am the liaison between you, your doctor, and real life.
  • I am your ally, advocate and accountability buddy in helping you get to the root of the issue and identify and clear roadblocks on your journey to better health and wellness.   
  • I can assist you with blood sugar balance, heart health, gut and liver health and detox support, stress management techniques, emotional eating, mindset work, family nutrition, meal planning, fertility support, hormonal imbalances, food sensitivities, blood sugar regulation and general fitness & wellness accountability. We will do a LOT of brainwork for sustainable habit change.
  • Flexible spending accounts may cover health coaching so check your plan and get a doctor's note if needed. I'm a National Board Certified Health Coach.

How Will We Partner?

  • Together we will discuss your goals, big or small, and then partner on your path to success.  I will suggest 1-3 diet or lifestyle recommendations to work on between each session to keep you progressing.  We will review homework, hand-outs and make adjustments as needed when we meet to ensure that you continue along your desired path.   
  • You will be held accountable for your goals and commitments, and I will provide you with the support and encouragement you need to achieve them. 
  • You will be responsible to do the work. I cannot do it for you! 

Services Offered

Initial Consultation - Free

We will review your client intake form together and discuss both your current state and your health and wellness goals, and determine if we are a good fit to partner together.  Head over to the Contact page to reach out and start the process.

12 Week Healthy Hormone Program

  • 12 coaching sessions (25 minutes each) via Zoom weekly.
  • Support your mind and body and take control of your health and hormones! This program is great for women in any hormonal stage:  pre-perimenopause, perimenopause and menopause. 
  • Each week we will discuss key components of hormonal harmony including stress management, the best foods to support your hormones, liver and gut health, and to clean up your body and lifestyle from hormonal toxins.  You will also receive a whole lot of brain and habit work to set you up for success both during and after our time together.  You will receive hand-outs, homework, recipes, and tons of tips and tricks along the way and will have unlimited access to me between sessions for accountability.  I've done the research for you so you can get your MOJO back and start thriving again! 


12 Week Custom Program

  • 12 coaching sessions (25 minutes each) or 6 sessions (50 minutes each).
  • For anyone looking to make some health and wellness changes and would benefit from some guided accountability along the way.  Topics can include anything from emotional eating, blood sugar regulation, liver, gut, and heart health support, weight loss, and general personal and/or family health and wellness. 
  • You will set goals, tap into your "WHY" and make measurable progress.  You will receive hand-outs, homework, recipes, and tons of tips and resources along the way and will have unlimited access to me between sessions for accountability.  Let's go! 


Single Sessions - 25 / 50 min

Need a tune-up? Single, follow-up sessions available as needed and includes two weeks of email support.  Pantry makeovers, grocery store tours and meal planning brainstorm sessions available too! 


** 3 months minimum is recommended for solid habits to form especially when "life happens."  My goal is to set you up for success both during and AFTER our time together. There are no quick fixes unfortunately. Do the work and reap the rewards.
